Hard Working Families + Kapil Seshasayee + Ingrid Plum

"Abstracted sauces, performance as code, gristle, electronic manipulation and tape glitch." - Radio Free Midwich.

Hardworking Families is Tom Bench’s solo sound-play interrogation. Working with no-input mixer feedback, tapes, objects, and occasionally instruments, intuitive textural adventures will coax your ears with visceral flavours.

An eclectic and unique artist, Kapil Seshasayee draws from a wide inspiration of musical and cultural influences in his intelligent, barbed art-pop. Described by WRONG Festival as "A one man combination of Scott Walker, Mark Hollis, Bjork and Richard Dawson", his live show melds intense industrial electronics, folk-informed guitar playing and soaring vocals to powerful effect. His debut album A Sacred Bore, is a piercing examination of oppression within the Indian Caste System
